Reservations: South West Megagames receives your name, email address and mobile phone number when you submit a reservation through a reservation form. We only use this information for the legitimate interest of informing you about the event you signed up for and distributing important information or messages about the event to you. On rare occasions, SWMG may also use this information to inform you of relevant future events as well.

The name you submit in a reservation form will appear on a cast list for the game, which will be publicly-viewable on this website. If you do not wish for your name to appear in this way, you are welcome to submit a pseudonym, either in the 'Name' field, or the miscellaneous field with a request for it to be used.

Mailing List: When signing up to the SWMG mailing list, SWMG receives your email address, which is only used to inform you of relevant events.

Gift Vouchers: You must submit your name and email when purchasing a gift voucher - these are used for the purpose of contacting you and ensuring you get your gift voucher.

Under GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), individuals have rights to access their data as well as ask for it to be erased, among others. To enquire about your data, send an email to contact@swmegagames.co.uk.
